It was moved by Councillor David LeClair and seconded by Councillor Linda McFalls that, following the results of a third party investigation, Council finds Councillor Donna Coll in breach of the Council Code of Conduct Bylaw 2021-11 and imposes the following sanctions upon Councillor Donna Coll:
- A 90 day suspension from Council and Committees with no remuneration beginning Monday April 14 2025
- A written letter of apology to the offended party
- A $500 fine to be paid to the Town towards costs incurred
Council apologizes for the late reporting of this information, as per the new Code of Conduct 2025-01 Bylaw this information must be posted within 7 days of the sanctions.
